Torero chassis

High density Molybdenum chrome steel has been used to ensure durability from race to race. We ensure the chassis can hold up its flexibility from the start until the end of the season. Different rebound rate of metal are used in the chassis to give ultimate grip and shock absorption. Thanks to the technology, driver can drive flat out through the curb without being disturbed by the horizontal and vertical motions. Therefore faster lap time in a more stable car.

Braking

The rear brake caliper has been specially made to give great pedal feeling. Driver can sense the brakes and adjust the braking pressure during breaking. This creation is to meet the needs of high speed power track where braking is the first element to have to win the race. The caliper is forged with pistons size in Ø 34.5 mm; it is completed by durable brake tubes using DOT 5.1 fluid. The Racing Department has put all the experience gained in the most selective and demanding competitions all over the world. With result obtained with the Torero brake, its caliper performance is more sensational, tougher and reliable.

Alloy parts

The parts are made of high-quality alloy with precision Computer Numeric Controlled (CNC) machining to achieve almost unbelievable levels of accuracy and consistency. Moreover, the parts are electrostatic painted to archive hard and long lasting finish on all metals and prevents corrosion and rust.

Paint preparation

Torero Kart uses nano technology coating that can withstand stone chipping at 300km/h. Moreover our top quality paint which glides exceptionally smooth on our product. This is because the chassis has been wet sanded three times in the painting process. Each sanding process gives extra smoothness. Finally, a fine polishing gives extra depth to the paint from all angles and the result is worth waiting.

Test facility

Torero 1.2Km long test track facilities are split into three areas: Long start straight, wide range double apex corner and sequential corner. Our private test track which produces valuable data that is needed to future develop the car. Customers are guaranteed that the car they have received is greatly compatible.
